They didn’t serve everyone’s food at the same time. Had to wait 10 minutes for the last entree to come out. What was the most disturbing was the faucets in the ladies bathroom were working. The only working faucet was in the handicap bathroom that was occupied. The staff and manager knew about it and didn’t think it was a big deal. They should have called a plumber. Crazy to not be able to wash your hands.

Overall, a very positive experience being this the first time in this restaurant. We knew the small Pizza slices from a charity event at Parkland. The wine was excellent. Every ingredient was fresh and starting with a Bruschetta, tomato and mozarella were perfectly balanced, the bread not too crunchy. We had pasta (linguine with shrimp), pizza Funghi Misti, Gamberoni Alla Genovese. Everything was excellent and we were very pleased. In closing, the Tiramisu was delicious alongside the Kimbo Espresso . The only complaint we have is that despite reservation for 4:30pm and plenty of seating available, it took the staff 20 minutes just to clean up a table to be seated. Otherwise, highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion.

Great food, took a while to get my glass of wine. And for the second time in a row, took forever to pay my bill. They gave me my bill told me they would grab the credit card terminal and then it’s a 10 minute wait…. Empty table, dishes and glasses are gone waiting to pay.

Dinner with the family for my daughter’s birthday. They sat us in the middle of the walking aisle next to the computer where servers are constantly walking by us and whenever the door opened and closed, we get a breeze of cold air…..not a fun experience. My husband’s chair was also not stable and kept rocking. Usually, I won’t complain about these things, but when you are paying a good amount for dinner, other aspects need to be better.

It’s was a lovely night celebrating my nieces birthday. The server, Gabriel, was attentive and made it extra special with the gelato and candle he provided to celebrate. Thank you again.

Waited for over an hour to get our food waited 35 minutes to get drinks. The manager came over. Didn’t really seem to care that much other than apologizing, but didn’t offer anything. The waitress had no explanation for why other tables were turning over while we were just sitting there, I will not go back. It was definitely not a good experience and it’s sad because the food is exceptional. The drinks are great, but if you don’t follow up with good service, it doesn’t matter

Everyone from valet to host to waiter and managers were super attentive and provided phenomenal service. Ambiance was on point and food was flavorful as usual.

I love the location in Ft. Lauderdale , however if you aren’t a baby boomer or Gen X your going to find this location’s food unflavorful. The sauce was completely off tasted like canned sauce. I left 80 percent of my food on the plate, which is rare for me as I love the Ft. Lauderdale location and will eat it for two days after and it’s better the next day !! Millennials beware food isn’t seasoned, take your older loved ones here with dietary restrictions not friends that want the FLAVORRRRRRRR!!!
