Conveniently set on Louisiana Street in North Park, our design of this intimate cocktail restaurant was inspired by the charm &; character of New Orleans, with creative touches of personal effects giving guests the feeling of warmth, community & fun
Architect Jeff Svitak helped create a modern interpretation of a classic French Quarter restaurant, introducing elements of wood, marble &; rich velvet. Our lush patio seating flows seamlessly into our indoor dining space, a nod to the courtyards found across the beautiful southern city.

Ambiance and food all delicious and flavorful. Exceeded our expectations!!! We dined like royalty and left with our bellies full and satisfied. This restaurant is a must while in San Diego. Wish we could go back before our trip home.

The food was bountiful and perfectly seasoned, the host and servers were welcoming and helpful, and at the end of our delicious meal, they surprised us with a compllimentary plate of freshly made beignets because they'd heard we were celebrating a special occasion. We will definitely be back for more!

When I say EVERYTHING was scrumptious, I mean it! The Alligator Andouille Cheesecake was creamy, savory, beautiful and delicious! We had a group of 5 and it was perfect to share. Everyone ooooohhh’d and awwww’d their way through their tastebuds trip! We also tried the Rasta Pasta with the most flavorful smoky oxtail, and tasty shrimps. The gumbo which you can tell was cooked Low and slowwww to allow the flavors to flavor. Shrimp & Grits were silky and rich, just like they should be. The Dooky Chase with the biggest and juiciest wings! Deliciously seasoned! Can’t wait to come back to try the rest of the menu! And to get another Alligator Andouille Cheesecake! Hell yeah, Chef Q & Team!

F*ckin amazing nothing compared in San Diego. Get the oxtail Mac and cheese. You can say you been to heaven after eating that masterpiece. A+

Our server Randy was great! It was cold and we asked 2 different employees to turn on the heater near our table and no luck. It didn’t get cut on until the last 10 minutes of our visit. My food selection was not fully cooked, the chicken was red on inside. The drinks was the best part of our visit.

If you’re looking for a spot with a lively New Orleans vibe and flavorful dishes, this restaurant hits the mark. The menu was packed with tasty options, and everything we tried was well-prepared and delicious. The atmosphere was warm and vibrant, capturing that Southern charm perfectly. However, the Cognac Espresso Martini was a bit of a letdown. I’d suggest sticking with their other beverage offerings or pairing your meal with a classic cocktail or wine instead. Overall, it’s a great spot for a flavorful meal and a fun experience, but I’d pass on the espresso martini.

I brought my boyfriend and his parents here to eat for his birthday. We ordered the busicuits for appetizers, they were so delicious 10/10. The margaritas was a perfect blend 10/10. Overall there were no complaints about the food at the table. Everything was well portioned. 10/10!! I would most definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.
