   I booked the Royal Brunch and it was wonderful. The food and the service were both outstanding. I will definitely come here again and I highly recommend this restaurant for a special place to eat.

   Beautiful space. The live music was great, but quite loud. We were not asked about allergies/intolerances so my husband ordered the French onion soup and I thankfully double checked that it did not have truffles/mushrooms, which it did. The restaurant did not offer him something else or refund it, which seemed strange to us. Otherwise it was a nice experience.

   I have been many time now and always impressed. Great food, too notch service and the ambiance is lively and classy at the same time. Always a treat to go here and it is one of my fave restaurants in downtown TO now.

   It has a nice ambiance, intimate, and suitable for conversation. We went on a Tuesday night, the restaurant was half full. We ordered the Short ribs, steak frites, and hamburger. All of us enjoyed our meals. The meat was done well, and portion sizes were good. It is an older restaurant with a classic charm. Service was on point. We celebrated a birthday and ordered the 13-layer chocolate cake. It was a fun birthday treat, and it was delicious, not too sweet. There was plenty to take home afterwards. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and exceeded my expectations.

   Service was painfully slow and inefficient. I requested that the sauce be put on the side rather than on my dish and it was delivered with the sauce on my food AND I was charged for extra sauce on the side. When I pointed this out the server only laughed and said, “sorry,” but did not offer to remake the dish correctly or remove the charge for extra sauce that I never even ordered. To add insult to injury, my food was cold and had obviously been sitting some time. We disliked the experience so much we canceled our brunch at this restaurant we had planned for the next day.

   The restaurant is beautiful, the food was amazing and you must have the chocolate cake. But our server was the absolute best!

   We celebrated our 25 th wedding anniversary last night at Louis Louix ,,everything is perfect 😍 The cocktails are amazing thanks to Jose The food is good 😊 The staff are very nice and welcoming The Golden live duo set the night for the ambiance 🎶 This restaurant is one of our favourite places to go to in Toronto and never it disappoints Highly recommended!!!

    12/10! LOUIX LOUIS is a true gem! The food was excellent, and the chic ambiance made the whole dining experience feel so special. The drinks are absolutely amazing, but the highlight for me was their signature cocktail, Pink in the City 🙌🏻 it’s absolutely to die for! The King’s Cake Slice is totally worth it. Perfect spot for a night out. Mariam who served us was amazing. Highly recommend!
