   Wait staff was attentive but seemed to either not hear or he just ignored one of the guest in the party. Took a long time to get food and it was cold. Dishes were not cleared until we asked him to clear them . It is a neat space but the noise level echoed throughout .

   We chose to eat here before a show at the Aronoff. The charcuterie board was so good! I had a wine flight (loved the options!) and also had one of the Blue Moon 0%. Thank you for having this as an option for my partner. It set the tone for the night. We love LouVino and will be back soon because there are so many things we’ve not yet had on the menu.

   Our server was terrible. We were one of the 1st tables there and she never checked everything took so long and our food was cold. I watched her stand there the entire time. She said they were plating our food and 20 minutes later it came out cold. It took 15 minutes for her to replace my daughter’s Diet Coke that she got wrong and we were her only table. We ask for extra bread for our charcuterie board and it took 20 minutes. Once again we were one of her only tables. U would not recommend this place.

   The waitress was awesome. They took time in helping us to decide what to order. The food tasted amazing. I would recommend their tots for an appetizer! We had a birthday and they gave us these amazing cookie dough beignets along with an espresso martini for a 21st birthday celebration. 10/10. You need to come here!!

   We had a great time here! Food was absolutely delicious but came out a little slow. I do wish there were more appetizers that are a little less heavy. We opted to do salads instead of an appetizer as it seemed like we would be totally full after some of the app options.

   Was our first time trying Louvino. For a $170 NYE experience meal, we were pretty disappointed. Service was not on par with the price tag. We ended up getting our 3rd course before our 2nd course. Our server never visited us until the end of the meal, at which point we also got the wrong desserts. Not super picky on service as we’re both ex-servers but we’ve gotten better service at Bdubbs. Just a bad NYE experience for the price.

   There were many mishaps during the New Year's Eve dinner service. Neither the food nor the service were what I'm accustomed to at this restaurant.

   On New Year's Eve my wife went to Louvino for their four course pre fixe dinner. We both enjoyed the spinach artichoke dip with the house made chips. The dip had a nice consistency and was just the right amount for our appetizer. For our second course, my wife chose the butternut squash bisque. She said the bisque was very tasty. I had the baby kale salad with black eyed peas and country ham. The crisp pieces of ham contrasted well with the tender kale salad. My wife chose the salmon with the farro quinoa pilaf and butternut squash pruee. The salmon was done to her liking. I sampled a bite and it was well seasoned and very pleasing. She said that that the quinoa pilaf did not have much taste, and it was a little disappointing. I had the beef tenderloin with the garlic mased potatoes, broccolini and whole grain mustard demi-glace. My steak was cooked as I ordered it (medium rare), it was served at just the right temperature. The potatoes was nice accompaniment. The whole grain mustard demi-glace was rich and dark. It really made the meal for me. I really enjoyed the way that the demi-glace went with the steak and the potatoes. For dessert we had very nice serviing of flourless chocolate cake with with whipped cream and raspberries. Itwas a wonderful way to end our meal. Our server Mary was helpful, courteous, and professional. I did not feel rushed at all with our meal. The place was quiet, and my wife and I could easily carry on a conversation even with others seated near us. We were able to finish our meal and still make the concert we planned to attend following dinner. I would definitely go back again for another dinner at this restaurant.
