   Excellent plat en revanche chargé 4$ d'extra pour une 2 tranches de pain est absolument abusif selon moi surtout sans annoncer qu'il y aura un extra.

Concernant les tranches de pain, nous comprenons votre point de vue. Contrairement à certains restaurants italiens ou autres, nous ne proposons pas systématiquement du pain inclus avec les plats. Cela dit, vous avez tout à fait raison : nous aurions dû vous informer à l’avance de l’extra facturé. Nous prenons votre retour au sérieux et veillerons à mieux communiquer ce type d’information à l’avenir. Nous espérons avoir l’occasion de vous accueillir à nouveau pour une expérience encore meilleure.

   I was honestly surprised at how good the meal was. Everything was amazing, from the portion size to the presentation to the flavours. The ambiance was great and there was a surprisingly large number of families with smaller children.

   Très bon repas au Lovdix30. Le personnel semble avoir changé. La serveuse est très gentille et nous remarquons qu'un employé vient nous voir plusieurs fois durant le menu pour nous demander si tout allait bien. Une belle attention! Le service est très très rapide! Note de 5/5 pour le service Du côté de la nourriture, le nouveau menu est alléchant. La fondue au parmesan était mon choix #1 mais pas disponible lorsque je suis allée. J'ai opté pour les arancinis. Ils sont très bons et épicés. Ils font changement des arancinis sauce tomate. Le plat de raviolis est aussi délicieux mais nous aurions préféré avoir un peu plus de sauce (ex : sauce béchamel?) Sans parmesan le repas aurait été un peu sèche. En dessert le brownie termine bien le repas car il est léger et pas trop sucré. Je vais certainement y retourner pour goûter aux autres nouveautés

    I'm gonna think twice next time thinking about going to Lov. The restaurant was critically understaffed making it unpleasant. The little number of extra hardworking staff who were working were visibly stressed out affecting the guest experience. There are more "new" non-vegan items on the menu to the extent it's heart wrenching to look at the menu now. It may very well have been my very last visit, shame...
