Dear Richmond,
This little restaurant is our love letter to food. It's our happy little place, where we get to live the joy of feeding people everyday. We all grew up in spaces that equated food with love, just like this place. Everything we have done here is deliberate, from the art on the walls to the produce we use. We've made a point of sourcing ingredients from some of the best suppliers in the state, making sure that our menu reflects what's in season.

For us, this place is about experience: we try our best to make you feel both at home and 'out for something special'. Every plate that comes back wiped clean by someone who just couldn't get enough is a 'the hard work is worth it' moment for us.

the place was absolutely beautiful and the perfect date for Valentine’s Day! the food was so delicious and the staff were so friendly:) we definitely will be coming back again!

Consistently excellent - food, mood, service. The outstanding commitment of the whole team and the level of repeat bookings tells the story, this place just gets better and better.

Food was good, service was good. Noise level was excessive. We could hardly hear ourselves speak!

We have always enjoyed Love Letter since they open in 2023. This was our first dinner experience and we are not surprised it was delicious. With the team checking on you and offering suggestions for cocktails, wines, beers (served in the coldest glasses in Melbourne). Experiencing their $49 feed me night was perfect. We left completely satisfied. Thanks team! 🌟

We’re repeat offenders here at Love Letter, this time for an Anniversary dinner - and they never disappoint….reliably great food, service and atmosphere. These guys always make everyone feel special and welcome. Last night the Scotch Fillet was outstanding, and the Ottawa Old Fashioned is a game changer cocktail for whiskey lovers.

lovely staff, lovely beer, lovely food, lovely place! very homely vibe and overall great value on steak and pasta night. very big fans and will be back on our next anniversary !

Love visiting Love Letter! Steak & pasta night is always wonderful. Wish the summer special cocktails were year round tho, and same for the lamb ragu spaghetti. So delicious. Sitting up front in the window was perfect to people watch and nice and cozy for a date. :)

Cool vibes inside. The booth seats are a bit too high for the tables so it’s a little awkward to sit at. Steak was perfectly cooked, although the mushroom sauce was not really a sauce but just some mushrooms on top. The side of chips were yum but could do with more salt (none provided on the table). The chimichurri side sauce also lacked flavour. Kingfish was fresh and perfect for a hot day. Cavolo nero spaghetti was the highlight!

I really like this place as its so cozy, warm romantic decor as their name. The foods are good with friendly staffs. Highly recommended

What a gem. Outstanding food, ambience. Cocktails were some of the best we have had - Tiramusa Espresso Martini!!! - take my money! Service was excellent.
