    I made a reservation. I don’t know why we got the worst table in the whole entire restaurant right next to the front door. Every time the door open we would freeze. We didn’t even have a waiter. We had the host take our order. The whole thing was a little odd. Why was the bread cold? My beet salad was delicious and the pizza was really good. The risotto didn’t taste like a risotto. It kind of taste like rice sauce. Rice wasn’t the right type of rice. The dessert was fabulous.

    Great little restaurant on a quaint corner in the Irving Park neighborhood with nice, comfortable ambiance and great service. Cuisine is a gastronomical treat. Highly recommend the beef pappardelle and pear and Gorgonzola platter. This was my first visit and I’ll be back.

    The food was delicious. I had the tagliatelle, one friend had the mushroom risotto and another, the pork. Each of us was very happy with our choices.

    Both my husband and ordered the Frutti di Mare Brodetto and it was absolutely delicious. Service was great. Looking forward to returning.

    Live in the neighborhood and used to go to Lucca often. For some reason stopped going but returned last week and was so happy to see Lucca had actually improved. Great menu Great service Great value. Great vibe. Will be back.

    Scallops and Beef Cheeks were amazing! Also had 2 pizzas and bolognese which were also very good. So fun to share all family style! Great service and love the vibe.
