First time at Lucianos, loved every single minute. Food, services & restaurant it self was absolutely Amazing. Definitely recommend and will be back. 5 ⭐️

Delicious pre theatre dinner for two in a brilliant location. It was unfortunate it isn’t well sign posted once in the hotel which was an annoying start. And the cloakroom system was ludicrous causing unnecessary delay afterwards when trying to get to the theatre. Both can be resolved. The important bits are that the food was delicious. Stalin’s service was absolutely brilliant, even if I had to ask his colleague in charge of Parmesan if I may have some. Tables are very close together, as often the case in London.

Loved every moment. The food was incredible with perfect sized portions and dishes full of taste. Fine dining with such a special happy and relaxing atmosphere. Our waiter was especially wonderful in assisting with menu choices, wine and attention. Thank you

Very poor service. Our waiter made us feel like we were bothering him. Took forever for drinks, forgot one. Service was extremely slow. Asked if we wanted to look at a dessert menu we said yes and never returned with menu. Just very disappointed overall.

Very poor quality of food. Vongole with barely any clams and with very dry pasta Saltimbocca overcooked and dry Chianti of very poor quality The restaurant does not deserve its rating

Anlässlich unseres London-Besuches waren wir mehrfach im Luciano. Es ist ein ganz tolles Restaurant mit tollem Essen und vielen tollen Mitarbeitern. Wir waren sehr gerne hier und bedanken uns für die nette Gastfreundschaft.

Don’t waste your money! My partner and I decided to treat ourselves this Valentine’s and go to a more expensive/posh restaurant than we would normally. The food was a disappointment from beginning to end. Especially considering it was so expensive - our expectations were high and by the end it felt as though we’d been robbed. We started with some focaccia - the worst focaccia I’ve ever had. It was just an ordinary hard, toasted baguette sliced up and put on a serving platter. It was supposed to come with “baby plum tomatoes” - there wasn’t a tomato in sight. When we asked the waiter, he tried to tell us the bread was cooked with tomatoes and then removed before serving … so either the menu was completely misleading, or he was just trying to cover their backs. Next, we had some arancini balls which were described as “FILLED with slow cooked beef ragu” - the amount of beef ragu was so small we could hardly see it - genuinely smaller than a pea’s worth. The rest was just rice. Again, entirely misleading. £13.50 for a couple small lumps of rice. For mains we both had slow cooked wild boar pasta - it was fine, but very ordinary. Not worth £25 at all. I would expect something of that level to cost around £13 tops. For dessert we shared a chocolate fondue cake - which was small. Again, it was fine, but very ordinary. The service was fine, but minimal and not warm, not what you would expect from such an expensive restaurant. The restaurant itself was well presented, but very loud and the tables of 2 squeezed tightly together. Overall, it was a disappointment from start to finish. More expensive doesn’t equal a better experience or food! We’ve certainly learnt that lesson!
