   The restaurant is lovely and the food just as good as you would expect, if not better. Apart from having to ask for the bill four times, the service was decent and friendly. Quite dissapointed that no pictures of Gino in his own restaurant or any real mention of him other than a short note in the menu. Also expected to be able to buy a bottle of the famous Gino Vino, but waiting staff didn't even know what we were talking about. A great restaurant with great food, but apart from having his name over the door, you wouldn't know this was one of Gino's restaurants.

   Lovely restaurant to sit in. Really central and had a lovely atmosphere. Had a really lovely waiter too. However, as nice as the food was it wasn’t good value for money. Ordered Meatballs for £23 and was served without any spaghetti. Just four Meatballs with some tomato sauce. Quite average food with a higher price tag, unfortunately just paying for the same which is a shame to say as I really love Gino. Probably won’t return but that isn’t any reflection on the staff.

   Excellent food and service. Quite noisy but to be expected on a Saturday night. Really enjoyable.

   Fantastic service! Great ambiance. Menu selection was very good . Food was fantastic. The only criticism. I did state there was a birthday on the booking. I noticed other tables celebrated. Would have been nice if I was given the opportunity to help celebrate my mother’s birthday that day too. But she enjoyed!

   What a lovely evening we had . Staff were so lovely and welcoming. Food was delicious and served promptly. At the same time we did not feel rushed and enjoyed the ambiance in the dining room. A great place for a family get together for a birthday that was acknowledged by the staff .

   My main course was on the special list with the option of dried fish shavings as an enhancement This the waiter informed me that it wasn’t up To the chefs standards and wasn’t available but the waiter who was excellent then called over the head of service and then said we wouldn’t be charged which was very positive as the dis which I continued with definitely would have benefited from Whilst eating the dish one of the clam’s hadn’t opened as as with all seafood this is a complete no go as likely to be off and a potentially dangerous experience if eaten I brought this to the waiters attention but no further explanation was given The rest of the meal was very enjoyable but the issue of a closed clam is simply not acceptable in any restaurant let alone one of such reputation Steve Wood

   Some might call it busy and bustling, but others might call it noisy. We went there for a quiet evening to have a good chat over a lovely meal. The food was great, but the noise from some of the surrounding tables was overwhelming. Excellent food. Although we didn't stay for dessert - too much noise, and anyway they had run out of pistachio gelato.

   Stylish restaurant with a relaxed feel. Both the food and service provided by Gianni were excellent. The staff made a fuss of my mother whose birthday we were celebrating, which was a nice touch. Happy to recommend and very much looking forward to returning.

    It's been our second time at the Lucianos and luckly we did get the same waiter Ali who's just outstanding at his job, nothing was to much trouble for him, really knowalagable and professional his choice of wine was amazing we end it up buying a bottle to take it home absolutely delightful 😊. Food and service at this place is next to none. Thank you so much hope to see you again soon ☺️
