   Food and service was excellent. Unfortunately could not carry on a conversation. The noise level was off the charts. More like a party bar and we sat in the dining room.

   The hostess seated us and saw me brush crumbs off our wooden chairs but said not a word. She asked “are you celebrating?” We answered “not really” (true) and she looked shocked. Would that have changed things? The noise level was awful. No music just loud talk. We’d never been before but expected “on the lake” not to mean looking over a road of busy traffic. Appetizer was server-suggested traditional preparation of calamari. Deep fried but the minced garlic was RAW so overwhelming. Also clearly the temperature was too low when prepared (or it sat?) as it wasn’t hot, so it was quite greasy. Food (Alaskan halibut $55) was just OK and drenched in fat looking very sad. Lobster ravioli ($35) wasn’t very good either. “Business casual” must mean jeans and a t-shirt are fine. Also every table but ours was served ice water in a larger logo glass with a straw and lemon slice; maybe they were celebrating? Ours was water in a glass. The busboy kept removing plates without asking making us feel rushed, as he’d remove just one of the two. We tried for 15 months to get a reservation. But the driver in the stretch limo we parked next to was still waiting when we left. There was no reason to add heavy dessert. Somebody likes this overpriced, overhyped place. NOTE:?They’re not posting my pics & menus. I should have made this 1-2 stars didn’t want to be too harsh. But I’m tasting raw garlic 15 hours later.

   I had a great dining experience, our waiter was excellent he explained the menu very well and was very accommodating overall a great experience. I will definitely come back
