   We were seated quickly and our waitress greeted us right away. Service was prompt and pleasant, food was delicious. We’re looking forward to returning!

   Absolutely love the food at Lucille every time. However, the service can definitely leave something to be desired- our server was kind, but she almost never stopped by and was very difficult to track down. She brought my partner the wrong drink initially- okay, no big deal- but then it took 20 minutes to get the right one. We weren’t given plates for our pizza, and no one checked in on us from the time the pizza was set down to the time the check was brought (she brought the check without asking if we wanted anything else). I understand it was a Saturday night and they were busy- it seems like they need to hire some additional wait staff. Either way, nothing egregious, just a bit annoying. Will come back and hope for better service in the future! Side note: if you dislike noisy restaurants, this is not the place for you.

   Music was very loud. Food was good, but not what we expected. By the time we got our appetizer, our pizza arrived.

   We had a large party of 16 for a birthday party and the overall service was great, however two people didn't receive their pizzas due to a kitchen error, requiring them to wait another ~17 minutes for the wood-fired. The waiter resolved the issue and gave the group a complementary cava shooter, which was fun and thoughtful.

   We had two servers. The first one...she was friendly, patient and attentive with our large group. The atmosphere of this restaurant is lovely...very chic. Good and unique craft cocktails.

   Excellent food, the taco appetizer and pizza we ordered were top notch, drinks were great as well. Very friendly wait staff. The atmosphere is 10/10. Prepare to need a reservation, its a popular place!
