When we were first seated, the atmosphere was nice and our waiter was attentive. After about 10-15 minutes, a party of 40 people were seated right next to us. It was SO LOUD, we could barely carry on a conversation and we barely saw our waiter again. The food was blah at best

Our server started by asking if we had dined there before and if we had any food allergies. It is very comforting to know how seriously they handle food allergies and take care of all their guests. There food and drinks were great and our server was very friendly and gave us several menu recommendations! Cant wait to return when the holiday decorations are up!

Slow table service always (15 min seated before someone came to table). However waitstaff are professional. Great pizza, good salads. Great vibe, no sound buffer anywhere so loud. May want to build in extra time and expect delays.

Usually a great experience, this one was not. Wrong pizza was delivered , appetizer was forgot. People sitting next to us came in after & were done eating before our food came. Horrible service & no apology from the waiter.

Very cute atmosphere. We sat upstairs and had the nachos and two wood fire pizzas. The pizzas came out first and were delicious. The nachos took longer than expected but were delicious. Would recommend and come back again.

Amazing food, attentive service, and such an amicable atmosphere! We highly recomend the Vegan Bodega Bowl or the Mediterranean Pizza! The bar staff was excellent, although the drinks took longer than expected to arrive, they came out devine. We tried the French 75, a classic, and it was wonderfully executed. All in all dining at Lucille’s was a delight.

Our waitstaff was too busy. She took our drink order only to deliver it 30 minutes later. It was busy but not that busy.
