It is an amazing restaurant with a stunning view and great service. We have been served mainly by Yacin and later Raphael, two very attentive waiters. The food was outstanding, especially the meat and fish or Yasin's dessert recommendation the french toast!. Thank you both

The views are stunning. The are obviously ironing out a few niggles in the service. But it was really good food. The restaurant it beautiful. Highlight were the duck bao buns and wagu

In town from the U.S. Went for Sunday brunch after taking a group of clients there the other night. Service makes all the difference. Great waiter the other night but today’s brunch waitress is not ready for serving clients in a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. She was slow, confused and overcharged us. Had to get the mgr to un-F the bill which was a colossal waste of time and took away from the fun. The staff needs to get sharp fast!

Friendly attentive and knowledgeable service. Nothing was too difficult and my request for a cocktail not on the menu was readily accommodated. Food well presented and very tasty. Views across London and beyond from Lucky Cat Bishopsgate were incredible. Certainly will be coming back.

If you plan to arrive before your dinner booking on the weekend (haven’t been during the week) make sure you book a spot at the bar. Otherwise, you have to wait downstairs in the foyer until your table is ready.

Disappointingly average. The venue is beautiful, the views incredible... If you are sat near a window. We were unfortunately placed as far from a window as you can get, despite when booking stating our visit was for a special occasion. We asked if we could be moved to an empty window seat, and they advised we'll let you know shortly. Nobody came back to us and 10 minutes later another couple who just arrived were given the table. So no idea how they decide who gets the nice tables! Service was very slow to start. Took about 25 mins to get our first drink, which arrived after the first set of food. Food was also just average. We had the set weekend brunch option. Sushi was nice and fresh, dumplings were very bland and dry. Bao buns were also dry. Fillings were generally tasty, however the proportion were very off with only 1 small bite of chicken/fish/tofu, which meant I left a lot of the bun. They were very good at refilling the prosecco though. Overall for the price, not great value. If you've not been before and get a great seat, I'm sure you'll enjoy, but based on just the food, there are so many other better places to eat.
