Choose between the Taste of Lucky Cat menus: - Journey £95 per person - Signature £125 per person This experience may be reserved for Lunch at 1pm or Dinner at 7.30pm, subject to availability. Please note that you will be charged the full menu price on the day alongside any extras, drinks and a discretionary 15% service charge. There is a 7 days cancellation policy.

Food was incredible, the tastes, textures, presentation... Just wow. Would highly recommend the Signature menu to anyone. Only point of feedback is that we had so many servers, our order was confused and a server came back to check, and delivered a question in a way that felt rather condescending. A small blip in a brilliant experience. Would return in a heartbeat

Was celebrating my birthday and it was an amazing experience for NYE would highly recommend it !! The staff worked so hard to make everything work for us always checking on us and being attentive it was a very special evening thanks to our waiter Alberto the best we’ve come across in hospitality extremely professional and we’ll be coming back !

Check in was poor, kept us waiting ages, no apology. The restaurant was cold, the service was very slow, the order was wrong, some food didn’t turn up. The food arrived before the drinks, the salmon was totally over cooked and the other dishes were at best average. We did get a discount from the manager, who put the revised bill (which was still incorrect) on the table and walked off, not at all interested in understanding why we were not happy. Will I go back. Absolutely not.

Lovely food, great location and calm relaxing atmosphere. The only minus was not being informed about some dishes not being available when menus were shared. Would dine there again.

Our experience was great as far as food went, but our server was terrible. She was rude, unhelpful and inattentive to our table. We waited forever to order, and had to flag down other members of the staff for more drinks. Well done on the food, service needs help.

Our experience at Lucky Cat fell short of expectations. We had booked the Sushi Masterclass, and while Won and his sushi team were exceptional, the overall service and organization left much to be desired. The class was prepaid and scheduled for 3 PM. Upon arrival, we were informed that we needed to wait for another couple to join. After 20 minutes, we were offered a complimentary drink. The class eventually started at 3:30 PM without the other couple. We had communicated that we needed to leave at 5PM and were reassured that the class would last only 1 hour and 45 minutes. However, with the late start, this timing became impossible. Additionally, the service was inattentive—multiple requests were required just to receive water or another drink. When it was time for us to leave, it was difficult to get anyone's attention. To add to the frustration, we were mistakenly asked to pay for the class again. The staff appeared unprepared to accommodate us, prioritizing absent guests over those who arrived on time. Considering the restaurant was relatively empty and adequately staffed, this was particularly disappointing. While the sushi instruction itself was excellent, the overall experience failed to meet expectations.
