Lucky Fins, in Greeley, crafts a contemporary and inventive spin on fresh seafood cuisine with its sumptuous and delectable dishes served in a friendly and relaxed setting. For an ideal start to your meal, enjoy the lobster tater tots made with green onions and smoked gouda cheese and hand breaded calamari. Lucky Fins' entrée dishes include the smokin ribeye rubbed in coffee, ancho chile and Cajun spices, Fin's noodle bowl with shrimp, edamame, ginger, mushrooms and ramen in broth and fresh fish delivered daily. Handhelds like the 48 hour Nashville chicken sandwich, the blackened mahi mahi tacos with chimichurri sauce on homemade tortillas, and several different sushi rolls made to order make great choices for lunch or dinner. Our server was so friendly and sweet, great energy. She made great recommendations for our wine, which was a steel and we could take home. The mahi-mahi capers was amazing and my aunt got the steak sandwich, which she loved.

The food was good, but the service was very slow. It took at least 30 minutes to get the appetizer and shortly after we were served our meals. Maybe it was a fluke, but we had an event to get to, so we really needed service to be more timely.

We love coming to Lucky Fins. Always excellent service. Last night we were brought our plates for our sushi roll. The roll was wrong. Very apologetically the waiter took the roll and had it remade. As he walked away we divided the plates and dipping dishes and they were dirty. I placed the obviously dirty dishes at the end of the table and when the roll came the waiter placed it on the table and never said a word about the dirty dishes at the end on the table. It was obviously dirty from the previous user. He came back 5 times, drinks, check food etc but never once observed the dirty plate and he didn’t take it either. I would challenge someone in quality control to check the plates, bowls and bottoms of dishes. Also when something is at the end of the table with large chunks of rice on it, and the customer has not yet received their food simply removing it and replacing it is sufficient. Alas my husband ate his portion directly from the serving dish.

We had an 8:30 reservation and the restaurant was maybe, at best, half full and our drinks and food took for forever to be delivered. The bartender was not busy at all and it took 10-15 minutes to get 2 drinks that were poured right out of the bottle, no mixing required. We went there for crab legs to be sadly disappointed that they only serve them 3 nights a week. We were there on a peak, weekend night, why would you not serve a crowd favorite then? We drove over 30 miles to there to be told "we only serve crab legs sun-tue." Guess we were fooled by your name. You would think seafood would be a specialty of yours. Just very disappointed in this visit.

Nice restaurant for special occasions or just a good dinner. Service was prompt, food was great. Kickin-shrip app is a meal to itself. Menu goes beyond typical chain fare.

The food and service was excellent and even though it was a busy there was no lack in quality and quantity for Mother’s Day. I would highly recommend this restaurant any day of the week. Food profiles are so good.
