Lucky Robot is the first sushi restaurant in Texas to partner with the James Beard Foundation and Monterrey Bay Aquarium sustainability programs. We are committed to healthy oceans.

Our kitchen is lead by two time Ora King Finalist Jay Huang. Our food is Modern Nikkei cuisine, a balance of Japanese cuisine accentuated with the fragrant chilies and aromatic spices of Latin America.

Prime dry-aged fish is here. A tradition started over 200 years ago in Tokyo and now the first in Texas. Prime Dry Aged Fish will allow you to taste the fish in its purest form. Breaking down tissues and sugars allows new flavors and textures that bring the fish to its cleanest, most tender form. Age = Flavor.

Great food with fresh ingredients however the outdoor table was so close of the ice cream store line that people was eating basically with me.

Consistently one of my favorite restaurants in Austin. The pork belly bao bun and the King Sakura crudo were my favorites!

Everything was great. Our server was some blonde dude with glasses and a beard. Give homie a raise, he was awesome.

It had been a while since either of us had been here but we had a great time, did the tasting menu, and got there in time for half-off wine for happy hour. The service was prompt and friendly, and the weather was perfect for their patio seating.

Great ambiance and wonderful food. On the pricey side (most rolls were in the $20-25 range) but worth it for unique dishes and incredible bites. I tried the Hari Hari and Spider Rolls ($16-18) as well as the Pork Belly Bao Bun ($8). The bao bun was delicious and filling. Of the two rolls, I’d order the Spider again, they put apple in the roll which I was unsure of but adds a perfect crunch and lifts the taste with a hint of sweet. Definitely would return.
