   Service was impeccable and the lunch special was great. We started with the order of the calamari, which was really good and crispy. I had the Italian chopped salad and small Branzino, and my bf had a Caesar salad and the chicken Parmesan. My issue was really about the seating. There were two of us and we were seated next to the only other table for two, and both were crammed together next to a column/partition, so the back of my chair touched the back of the chair of the woman at the other two-person table next to us. All the other tables were for parties of five or six and there were half booths around the perimeter, which were beautiful. The restaurant was only about 10% occupied at 2pm on a Saturday. Why not seat us at a larger table or booth where we can take in more of the restaurant and ambiance? The hostess took us back all through all these empty tables to get to a little crammed area, which didn’t make sense. Odd.

   Food was good once we finally got it. Appetizers took a long time to come out and as soon as they came out, our dinner came out. Quite expensive for what you get. Wouldn’t mind if the service was excellent. Maybe they were short staffed ?

   10/10 experience!! Service was so attentive and our waiter, Stefan, was lovely!! The rigatoni spicy vodka pasta was delicious. Highly recommend the chocolate torte or the tiramisu.

   Food was great, but space where we were in the restaurant was cramped. Service was good and ambiance was great. Slightly loud… would recommend.

   My experience at Lucrezia was just OK. I guess I was expecting more based on the appearance and prices. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and is meant for you to feel transported to Italy but beyond the ambience, the food is pretty mediocre. The service was attentive and they bring you a little free appetizer of olives marinated tomatoes, and cheese to start, which is a nice touch. To start, we ordered the Arancini and mussels and they were fine but nothing memorable. For the main course, we split the linguine vongole and the carbonara bucatini. It took quite a while for them to come when they did they were lukewarm, and the pasta was stuck together.  the flavor was OK but again nothing spectacular. The carbonara was way creamier than expected and in the end there were leftovers because no one really cared to finish. We ended up skipping dessert because we were so unimpressed with everything else. Overall, it was a fine experience, but not worth the prices and I wouldn’t go back.
