We made a reservations on here, when we got there we were told they don't take reservations. We waited an hour to get a table. Our waitress was amazing, she was friendly and very attentive to us. However, I can't say the same about the food. It took an hour for order to come out. Appetizers and meal all came out at the same time. All of our food was cold. We ordered burgers with fries and tots. The burgers were so cold that the cheese inside the juicy lucy was a block. The fries and the tots were hard. Food was very disappointing. We brought this up to our waitress. She tried to comp some of our meal and the manager didn't agree even though we didn't ask to get anything for free. It felt that our feedback wasn't welcomed at all. We won't be going to this location again.

It was actually a big disappointment dining at Lucy’s in Blaine. I made a reservation online through OpenTable (on the Blaine Lucy’s website) since I was not sure about how busy it would be plus a party of 6 is not easy to handle on the fly. When we got there the host said that we should have never been able to make a reservation through OpenTable because they are not able to accommodate reservations 😳. I thought that he would for sure try to help us anyway but just acted like it was not his issue and told us we could wait. Then he offered to seat us at two small tables “near” each other. We tried to sit there but it was dumb to be separated for a fun family meal out so luckily a bigger group left and we got their booth. But I had to ask for it, and he gave it to us hesitantly because he was clearly not planning to give it to us. The service was very slow (even though a bunch of people were working there) and food was nothing special. Overall I would not recommend it. The irony is that it is right across the parking lot from Wendy’s which would have been just as good or better tasting and a helluva lot faster. Ugh. Live and learn!

I thought my spaghetti Lucy was dry, fries were good. Service a little slow but I think that might be more of a staffing issue due to being a new location. Overall not a bad experience but will hold off a little before returning with hopes all the new kinks are worked out.

Burgers were full of flavor. Their chili cheese fries were the BEST!

I was excited this spot in Blaine, but it turned out to be underwhelming. The food was mediocre. The service was a step up from an Applebee’s

Service was slow, never received appetizer we ordered and chicken wings were rubbery. Seemed like they were understaffed and the crew was struggling to keep up.

Food was good but expensive. It cost a family of 4 $100 with tip for 4 burgers and 3 beers. Probably won’t be back.

For a place that has burgers in the name, I would have thought they would be cooked to order. Two of three entrees were over cooked. The colossal onion rings were very good!
