In the heart of New Orleans, expertly crafted food, spirits and cocktails come together in a unique privately owned micro-distillery and restaurant.

We are quintessentially southern with a distinct Louisiana influence. We are Lula Restaurant-Distillery.

As the first and only restaurant-distillery in New Orleans, Louisiana and in the Southeast US, we promise to offer you an incredible experience in the shadows of our copper still and along the historic streetcar line of St. Charles Avenue.

    We reserved a Thanksgiving dinner in advance, reservation was at 7pm. It took quite a while to receive our entrees and they had run out of some of the sides by then. This was fine, as the food that we did get was really delicious. At 8.30pm we asked about the dessert assortment that was supposed to be included in the special Thanksgiving menu. Our server told us the dessert table had been cleared away already an hour ago, so at about 7.30pm, 30 minutes into our dinner reservation. I understand that some things may run out, but it was disappointing that there was no dessert at all for us even with a reservation.. very unprofessional. There was no possibility to order any dessert separately either. We did get some drinks taken off our bill but overall felt a little disappointed with this experience.

    Exceptional dining experience! 5 Star Menu, 5 Star Service, 5 Star Ambiance Food was AMAZING! . My son and I dined in Thanksgiving Day. The entire experience EXCEEDED our expectations. We'll definitively dine in again on other occasions.

    Came with a group of 9 family members and we all loved the food and service! With the exception of the spring rolls (yuk) the food was delicious! Yummy gumbo, refreshing salads, and all the entrees were a hit. Also enjoyed the cocktails (great hurricanes) and desserts. Will be back next time we vacation in NOLA!

    Great spot. We sat in the room next to the main room and it was so loud I could not think. It was more like a high school cafeteria. Disappointed with the atmosphere.
