The environment was cozy and unique. However it was loud and difficult to hold conversations. Also the service could have been better. The waiter brought out some appetizers and meals. The rest of the appetizers were delivered later. Would have liked to have my appetizers first, before my meal. Also the bill was incorrect. There were 3 deserts added and an additional drink no one ordered. It was a process to get the bill revised.

From moment walked in were greeted warmly and led into a beautiful space of colors and design! Waitress was excellent and the owner checked on us throughout our visit. Food was delicious and the drinks were perfect! I know I will return and I hope Cleveland will check it out! Next trip: I'm going down into the speak-easy section!! Go, y'all!

Lulo is an exceptional restaurant. The decor and aesthetics was gorgeous. Service was top notch and food was superb. It’s a must dine in restaurant!

It’s beautiful just was when I asked to sit at a regular table due to the high table being uncomfortable I was rejected. During the 2 1/2 hrs we waited I noticed nobody was sat there. Although they told me they were already taken. Then my food was cold atleast my steak was and that was upsetting cause my first everything was perfect.

If I could give this place a 20 I would. The food the drinks the ambiance and the atmosphere is top tier. Not to mention the owner has been there working each time I have visited and is always very friendly and always greets you with a warm welcome. You can truly see he takes pride in his beautiful restaurant and his relationship with his customers! What a great experience !

Absolutely horrendous experience. The restaurant was so overbooked that everyone was just running around. We were seated 30 minutes late. The server took our order and was never able to come back to check on us for at least 30 minutes. We never got our drinks and never got our appetizer. Nobody even brought us water. Our entree was cold as well. Really disappointing experience on Valentine’s Day.
