The most unprofessional, disappointing experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant! Made reservations for my husband and I for Valentine’s Day dinner, drove almost 2 hours from Georgia to try it out, got there 15 minutes early and waited for an hour past our reservation time before finally leaving because we were starving. Host girl was all over the place seemed drunk and confused laughing the situation off, one server throwing her hands up saying she cant do it anymore frustrated with the host, lobby is full of other people waiting including one woman who got there way before us! There were visible empty, cleaned off tables inside but the clueless host clearly didn’t notice or care about the lobby full of people. We were so excited to try Lulu’s out, but now we will warn everyone we know to stay away from there. What a joke of a restaurant, the owner should be absolutely ashamed of how tonight was handled by staff. I read other reviews with similar situations but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try it out anyways. Never again.

This place is somewhat new so the wait staff can't answer any questions because they are not trained. The bartender doesn't know how to make drinks. They ran out of food and we had to change our order 3 times because they were out of steak??? They were out of a lot of their main dishes. It was disappointing from all aspects. Seems to be poorly led by management. And it's expensive.

I was not sure how to review. We made a reservation here and we showed up at our reservation time. We knocked on the door with a delivery driver also. Lights were on... doors were locked so we left and went to another restaraunt. We heard good thing but after driving an hour to eat there ... we will probably not go back.

Airline chicken was good but the rice pilaf was undercooked. Chicken sandwich was just ok. Requested grilled or carmelized onions on it but was told that couldn’t be done. How can a restaurant add raw onions but not throw them on a stovetop to cook them down? There were no other customers in the restaurant so they weren’t too busy. Drinks were good. Staff was very friendly!

Flat iron steak was perfect. Chef T is a master. The asparagus was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the deviled eggs appetizer. Not your run of the mill deviled eggs.

We had a great brunch! The food was excellent. It was well prepared and presentation was excellent. The only downside was our waitress but I think she was just a bit new and possibly overwhelmed but she was nice and seemed to rally after the initial chaos.

Not impressed. Ordered a salad which was very small considering it cost $18. The server didn’t have a pitcher, poured tea refills from a cup. We had to ask for lights to be turned on because it was so dark we couldn’t see our food and we were there at lunchtime.
