Food was great, service was horrible. Tried to observe before writing this… did not seem understaffed, did not seem overly busy. Just incredibly inattentive and seemingly not interested in doing the job. We had been seated for over 10 minutes before asking for someone to come to our table. Had to ask to get drinks, had to ask to ask for our check. If it wasn’t for the manager working the floor, we would not have even seen a staff member. Very frustrating experience.

Came for the Beetlejuice Popup Bar experience. Drinks weren’t as advertised in their ads for this event. Pretty disappointed by that. However, the overall ambiance of the experience was great! We really enjoyed the Beetlejuice waiting room. Service was slow. Hostess seemed overloaded with work between the popup bar and the regular restaurant. Regardless of that, their service was good. I hope they do more things like this in the future but next time, they should keep the drinks true to how they are marketing them. Otherwise, you’re duping people yo believe they are going to get an experience that they actually won’t.

Great dinner and beautiful restaurant. Upscale but I could still feel comfortable in normal clothes. Drinks were really good!
