Wonderful ambience for New Years, but execution was bad. Waited too long even with a reservation and food arrived out of order and cold. But it is understandable given that it was a Holiday.

Horrible. The worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. I will never return, and will tell all my friends to avoid this place. How is it it took 3 hours to be served? My party couldn’t enjoy the NYE festivities. The orders were wrong. Silverware was missing, and managers couldn’t organize their staff for a NYE event. There is absolutely no excuse. Several parties left for the same reason.

Food was fantastic once it made it to the table. We got served around 10:30 for an 8 pm reservation. Ordering drinks took an hour. The dining room was freezing and the staff harried. Several tables just got up and left. But for those of us who persevered we were treated to delicious food, great value, and a fun night of dancing! We’ll likely return for dinner but obviously a big event overwhelmed the venue.

Overall was a good experience it was a little busy, but it was expected. It was New Year’s Eve. Thank you for the food and service.

Service was extremely slow on account of “Not enough servers”. Drinks were late and never offered more drinks. They did not provide appropriate stake knives. They did not provide spoon for lobster bisques”. Music was wonderful; food was delicious and we enjoyed the wonderful menu. We would certainly visit Luminarias again.

Ribeye was all fat & gristle. Served cold. Buratta was warm. 2.5 hours for dinner. Only positive was the amuse bouche. Nice remodel - restaurant looks great.

We had a great New Year's dinner and entertainment. Our waiter was very attentive and cordial.

I love the food, we waited a Long time to get the food and it was súper cold. The heater would not work and it was very cold in the patio, we asked to move inside but they said there was not room so we were moved in the middle of the patio.

While the ambience and service were good, I have always found the quality of the food subpar for the price. The seafood platter and ribeye steak were especially disappointing. I have never had a ribeye as tough as theirs.
