   I brought my friend here for her birthday and it exceeded my expectations! Thank you to the staff and the management for making this night amazing! The food was mind blowing, the quality, the serving size, and the flavor is all spot on.

   15 min to seat despite having a reservation. Out of food and server blamed it on a busy weekend (translation- poor management and ordering enough supplies ….. how do you run out of guacamole?) appetizers came before drinks and we had no alcoholic beverages. Chicken was super dry, almost powdery tasting. Skewers and empanadas were delicious and we were told dessert was on the house so we ordered then it was added to the bill and instead the server brought out some chocolate covered butterscotch. Overall horrible experience. Waiter was terrible.

   Had a reservation for 8:45, wasn’t aware restaurant closed at 9. We were rushed to place our order, chicken was undercooked I cut into it and blood came gushing out. Told the waiter, he offered to bring me a new plate. However, he brought back the same plate they had just recooked the same chicken and made sure to leave it extra roasted. Wouldn’t come again.

   Just got done eating last night at this so called restaurant, but my reservation was at 8:30 got seated quick but food didn't come out until 9:30 a whole hour later crazy. Food was just mediocre and no flavor. Don't I repeat don't get the ARROZ MELOSO had 2 bites and legit got disgusted from the flavor. A restaurant I'll for sure say is heavily influenced and filled with dishonest reviews while having and hearing waiters ask for good reviews exchange for complementary desserts. And the view of the freeway is amazing from. the restaurant? what a disappointment if I could, no stars would be given.

   Had a reservation at 5:30 arrived a bit early got seated quickly. Service was amazing everyone was really friendly and very quick, the food and drink were also so delicious! Decently would recommend!

   Lee was one of the best servers I’ve had. Very respectful and definitely made mine and my girlfriend’s experience much better, definitely recommend!

   Our sever Ivan was wonderful! The overall service and ambience was so amazing. The evening sunset and the view were absolutely spectacular. The food was super delicious and genuinely authentic. Especially the chimichurri sauce. Highly recommend for a lovely date night!

   From this being one of three restaurants connected to castaways, you could have really fooled me. The presentation on the drinks and the food is far below par. I feel like McDonald’s does more of a presentation on a to go order than what I got here. The food itself wasn’t all that good. Comparing my anniversary brunch at castaways to this place I cannot see how they are connected in any way I would consider that. The customer service wasn’t bad, although it got better once they heard me talking about my experience as I was talking to my Girlfriend. All in all I will not be coming back I won’t be recommending this place to anybody. If someone says that they are going, I will be quick to offer a different place.
