    Wait staff did not explain the menu very well as told could have any protein added after asking for chicken was unable to have chicken, family member asked for beef wasn’t told it was a beef with red sauce on a already white sauce pasta, did not make sense to have a 2 sauce pasta and that wasn’t explained, did ask if it was correct when bought out Family member broke a tooth while eating the guanciale and could not eat anymore food due to tooth, manager came over to apologise when handing out bill, apology did not seem genuine and bill was given to that member that broke a tooth slapped infront of her just felt as a joke the food was good however took away from the experience from the family reunion from Australia

    The overall experience was pleasant. They accommodated our request by moving us from the bar to a countertop seating area. However, we noticed a $3 charge for chili flakes, which we had requested for our pizza. This reflected the restaurant’s frugality.

    Such an elegant, marvellous restaurant! Glad I got to experience it. Staff and food were lovely. My server was one of a kind !

    We sat upstairs for our anniversary dinner. We were greeted kindly by what seemed to be the manager and he brought us to our table. The server was wonderful, he has a great script down for his service and I absolutely loved it. Although I didn’t catch his name, he gave great recommendations, expressed passion points, and made our meal lovely. We shared the spicy rigatoni and the pepperoni pizza. I have never liked the foot at a restaurant more than I have here, it was beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. The only thing I would say is that it gets pretty cold upstairs. maybe investing in a space heater for the winter would be great. Thank you and we can’t wait to come back!

    Pasta is made fresh daily. Delicious. Pizza is phenomenal- top notch sour dough crust. 100% recommend!

    We had a delightful celebration of two birthdays and an anniversary last night. Erica, our wait staff, was excellent. We had a variety of entrees and the were all 100% perfectly served and delicious. I don’t hesitate to give Lupo’s the highest recommendation. Thanks for making our celebration great!
