Welcome to Lure Fish House, please note that seating at our Porter Ranch location for parties fewer than 8 is offered in order of arrival. For parties of 8 or more, we accept reservations in the main dining room, patio, or our unique private dining room. Moreover, bar, oyster bar and cocktail areas are always open seating.

Lure Fish House is a Ventura California based family-owned restaurant featuring the freshest sustainable seafood from trusted sources. We always strive to serve locally caught seafood. Our restaurant has its seafood order prepared in our Ventura California facility and is directly delivered about 15 hours after it is ordered from the chef in Porter Ranch. We feature organically grown local produce and wines from local vineyards whenever possible. We also feature a full bar with specialty cocktails made with freshly squeezed fruit juices and a raw bar serving a variety of fresh chilled seafood and oysters.

Seated in the corner which was Dark. They knew the lamp didn’t work so why didn’t they replace it? Waiter kept forgetting items. Can’t talk to anyone because of all the noise. Food is good.

The food was excellent. We came to celebrate my moms birthday. The restaurant was very busy and very loud. Which is fine. However at about 5 they turned the lights down and it was extremely dark and hard to see our menus and our food. All in all I would give it a 8.5 and would definitely go again.

Had my birthday dinner at Lure Fish house in Porter ranch Made the reservations ahead of time and requested outdoor sitting. Our waiter was very helpful with great recommendation's

I love this place but the policy they have to do reservation requires 8 or more guest Is extremely idiotic And uncalled for in addition, they hold your reservation for two hours Grace Period Wow, people are waiting in the front entry .. Wow. average groups Family attendees are between 4 to 6, so why not lower the policy down to 6 and give opportunity to everyone specially when you are conducting in a family oriented neighborhood most of us have children. .The person who came up with eight and more policy must be terminated immediately my opinion that is really Unacceptable

Food was delicious. Definitely recommend the Ciopinno and the linguini with clams. We were in the private dining room which is really great for a celebration. Our server must have been having an off day because it felt like we were a bother to her. We felt a little rushed as well. Ambiance is really beautiful in the entire restaurant and the host helped us take a great family photo at the end We will be back.

We booked for 9-people to celebrate a couple of birthdays so we ended up in a private dining room which was fantastic. Service was extraordinary, food was delicious, be warned the Cioppino is amazing but on the spicy side, so everyone had a wonderful time. I wish I remembered the waiter, she was awesome.
