   It was a business meal and all the guests enjoyed the place and meal. Food was fresh. Place is quiet for conversations. Good value and not too expensive. Easy parking.

   My husband and I were in Scottsdale for a long weekend - business for him, pool for me :-). We had a super nice business dinner out on Friday night, so wanted something a little less 'fancy' Saturday night with good seafood. Lure Fish House looked like a great choice and for the most part was. The food was very good, but that is where it really ends. The service was very slow - our appetizer came out before our drinks (waitress apologized as the bar apparently got very busy). We ordered dinner, I started with a small salad and my husband with a cup of soup. His soup came out about 10 minutes before my small salad, again received an 'it's very busy' apology. Not even 10 minutes after my salad arrived, our dinner arrived, which was very, very good (I had the sea bass, my husband the tuna). From the time I received my salad until we asked for our check, we saw our waitress once and that was when she tossed a to-go box on our table, which we did not ask for. My husband asked for a refill on his water, which he never got. We sat for about 20 minutes waiting for our check. We were going to get dessert, but at that point figured we'd be there all night, so decided against it and my husband asked the hostess to find our check because we had no clue where our waitress disappeared to. The manager came over and explained that our waitress was dealing with a difficult table and very emotional, so he would be taking over our table for her. He was extremely apologetic, and I understand a hard night at work, but we waited with zero service for a very long and acceptable amount of time with zero follo-up to water refills, asking if our dinner was o.k. or if we needed anything, etc. Again, the food was great, but the service was some of the worst we've encountered in quite a while. I hope it was just an 'off night' for the staff. I don't like to write negative reviews, but our evening didn't go as nice as we had hoped.

   We had an absolutely great evening at Lure! It was a sibling and spouse gathering from across the country and we couldn’t have selected a better restaurant for our final dinner out. The food was excellent and our server, Zachariah, was the best! I have to admit we had dined at Lure 2 yrs ago when we got together and we hoped it would be as wonderful. It simply did not disappoint! We will highly recommend to everyone!

   Our group of 4 had a FABULOUS dining experience last night! Every course was splendidly prepared with super fresh seafood, fish and vegetables. Our waitperson Shelby was super attentive, extremely helpful in supporting our meal decision making and had a delightful personality! The outdoor seating is very comfortable and wonderfully quiet, making conversation easy for all. We’ve already made our return reservation!

   Wonderful first meal of our Scottsdale trip. Staff was very accommodating as our original table would have been a challenge for my wife. Service was attentive. We ordered several small plates to share. Food was well prepared. Only minor glitch was everything was brought at one time so calamari got cold while we ate our wonderful Caesar salad with extra anchovies. Calamari was still good just would have been better piping hot as delivered to the table.

    Food and service were excellent and my guests were amazed with all aspects of the experience at your restaurant. This couldn't have been a better way to entertain my friends.
