   We had the £100 unlimited prime rib and it was incredible. Amazing value for money as our two slices of the prime rib were basically half a cow! Served with the smoothest mash and a delicious creamed spinach. The offer included a starter (I had the half lobster, partner opted for the burrata) and dessert included. We were offered more prime rib but both of us couldn’t possibly have any more, it was a huge portion and WELL worth the money. Paired with a gorgeous Argentinian Malbec and excellent service from the team, it was a perfect spot for a valentines meal. We felt really looked after and really special throughout.    Great venue, nice and quiet in the grill compared to in the bear pit outside. Pretty expensive but you're paying for the venue and location more than the food, which is alright. Worth a visit!

   Menu had no option other than meat. When I asked I was told it was turbot as an alternative to the meat but it came with the other sides of the Sunday roast. When it came it was covered in a dressing like Hollanaise which is something I dislike and hadn’t been warned. The fish itself was half inedible anyway, it was undercooked in sections and some parts had bits of gristle I had to spit out. And sides never came, I had to take some of my partners. The whole time we felt rushed to order and eat, as though the staff wanted to get us out and close early. There was very poor ambience. No one asked at any point if we were enjoying any of the food. Drinks were getting picked up to be cleared away before they were finished. We asked to takeaway our desserts (from the set menu) as we just wanted to leave and were told it wasn’t permitted. But then eventually they agreed. £300 for 2 people, massively overpriced and poor service.

   I visited Lutyens Grill for the fourth time, however it was the first time for my friend. As always service was outstanding, I would like to say big thank you to Victoria, who took a wonderful care of us and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Food was delicious and overall we had excellent experience. I could not recommend The Ned’s restaurants enough.

   It might be on the higher priced end; but the food, the service and the ambience all deliver. It was Friday so the live music from next door complimented our dinner perfectly without over-shadowing our ability to hold a conversation. The staff and their enthusiasm and attentiveness were surprisingly good. Most importantly the steaks and other food were delicious and actually we all thought the food had actually improved since our first visit in August. We all left happy, and five out of six of the group did not eat again until lunchtime the next day; we were that full and content with our meal. All parts of the meal, the starters (lobster) the sides and desert were top. But the steak, its taste, deep flavour and melt in the mouth texture were as expected the standout. Already planning our next visit Would recommend to any steak lover, or anyone looking for a great dinner experience
