I had a 100 dollar open table dining credit from all the reward points I accumulated and the restaurant would not accept it. I honestly felt insulted, they acted as if I was doing a scam and told me they couldn't take it. That's why it was never used last night

Our first time at Lyra was really wonderful. The service was excellent. Our server Tassos was fantastic as were the runners and all the others involved in taking care of us. The food was incredible. We had the breads and spreads, octopus, lamb gyros and the Loukoumodes (Greek donuts). Everything we ordered was delicious and the flavors were just so fresh and bright. The made in house pita is perfection. The flavors of everything were familiar yet modern and new at the same time. The space is gorgeous. We went on an absolutely freezing, February night and felt like we were a world away. We had a fairly early 6pm reservation on a Thursday and by the time we were leaving about 7:45pm the entire restaurant was filled and really buzzing with great energy. There were only two of us and we will go back soon to be able to experience more of the menu. This is definitely one of our new favorites in Chicago. Well done by everyone involved at Lyra.

This is not your ordinary Greek Restaurant. The food is more inventive and delicious. I have dined there twice. The first time in the main dining room the last time in a small side room. Both are nice but I prefer the main dining room. All the specials they tout on their website are delicious. Use that as your guide. Fun bar too!

Great service and ambience. The music is provided by Dj and was not overly loud. Me and my wife went for restaurant week. I had the lamb chops which was some of the best I’ve had. My wife had the lobster Maine lobster linguine, which was enough for two and had excellent flavor. I also recommend the old fashioned for a choice of drink as it was top shelf. Some items are a bit pricey but definitely recommended.

Our waiter really helped make the experience great. He was very knowledgeable of the menu, which allowed us to order what was perfect for us. The food was amazing and the drinks were great.
