   The food here is always enjoyable. Even the bread at the start is delicious. The pizzas are good, the pastas are my favorite. Their cauliflower appetizer is a major hit. Always love dinner here.

   Best restaurant in the Cleveland area for ambience, food quality and service. Wish it was on the west side of Cleveland.

   Our server was rude and mean. Does not want to come back to see her again . Never had that kind of experience at any Chagrin Falls restaurant. Do not expect have that kind of service at New Year Eve. The walking was welcome, the atmosphere was perfect but the server was just an awful.

   We were seated promptly at 7:00 for our reservation. Greeted by Pierre who was a fantastic and attentive server. The scallop appetizer was phenomenal. Salads were good too! We had a ravioli and bolognese as entrees and they were flavorful and delicious. It was a lovely new year dinner! Will definitely be back

   Dined at M Italian for New Year's Eve dinner with my husband and two kiddos (ages 11 and 9). Had a fantastic time! Food was delicious and of high quality. Freshly prepared pastas. Pizzas were very tasty. Fantastic kids menu with large portions. We had lots of food to pack up and take home. Our server Justin was highly attentive and on the ball with everything. We didn't have to wait long for anything including cocktails, appetizers; the wine for dinner arrived just before our meals which was perfect. Justin took excellent care of us and made sure that we had everything that we needed. We didn't feel rushed. This place has a really nice ambience for a fun evening out and great food too!

   We’ve enjoyed M Italian many times tonight was definitely not their best. Surf and turf was a huge disappointment for our NYE dinner. Poor presentation all items were burnt steak and lobster had a dismal smear of Bernaise sauce. The lobster at best was 3 ounces not the advertised 5. Very disappointing.

    We sat for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. We had a 3:45 reservation and found out that the waiter for our table didn’t start working until 4:00. Went to the front desk and said we were sitting for 15 minutes and the people in front of us when checking in they already had drinks, bread and placed their order. They said we will take of it. A few minutes later a waitress came over and said she was asked to take care of us. Why would you seat someone at a table that the waiter/waitress wasn’t schedule to work until 4:00 pm. Chicken Parmesan was excellent, surf and turf was mediocre and not worth the money.
