Mâche, a vibrant establishment with fresh and modern ideas located in the bustling Poissonnière district, a 5-minute walk from Gare du Nord. An address that breaks conventions, without labels, and without boundaries. More than just a restaurant, it's a gastronomic experience to be lived, already recognized and praised by the Michelin Guide.

Come and discover or rediscover genuine author's cuisine, evolving and creative, offered by Chef Michaël Gamet and accompanied by harmoniously selected lively wines by Joachim Beltrame. A gustatory experience in perpetual motion and inspiration composed of seasonal products.

Our desire to express Mâche's identity on a daily basis is realized with the implementation of an evening formula: two tasting menus in 4 or 6 courses, with the possibility to include for each one a food and alcohol pairing. A free creative process where products, desires, and seasons dictate the dishes in perpetual motion.

      Amazing !! The experience at Mâche was nothing short of exceptional. This restaurant undoubtedly deserves at least one Michelin star. I opted for the 6-course gastronomic menu, and each dish was a masterpiece. The flavors were incredible, with a perfect balance of tastes and textures that delighted my palate. In addition to the outstanding cuisine, the service was impeccable. The staff was professional yet friendly, making me feel incredibly comfortable right from the moment I arrived. Mâche is truly a gem, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

      We had an exceptional tasting menu with excellent wines recommended by the sommelier that were new to us. Chef Michael creates delicious combinations that only a talented person could imagine. The team is seamless in their service!

      Délicieux! Le menu dégustation est une découverte de saveurs détonantes à chaque assiette, et le vin s'accorde parfaitement avec chaque plat. Parmi mes temps préférés, la queue de lotte servie avec son aubergine laquée, et le dashi revisité épinards et roquettes, un régal. L'équipe est attentionnée et souriante. Je ne peux que recommander Mâche afin de vivre une expérience gustative incroyable !

      An incredible experience!! The 7-course tasting menu is fantastic. We enjoyed ourselves from start to the end. The service was professional, attentive and friendly. All the dishes were presented and detailed which improved our experience, the wines accompanied all the dishes perfectly. The cuisine is truly magical, inventive, innovative. This restaurant is truly worthy of a Michelin star
