   They sold me a cherseburger without cheese, when I asked the waiter she told me that she couldn't do anything. Not coming back ever.

   Was so lucky to get a last minute booking here for Valentines Day! Lovely venue and great ambiance. Sergio is 10/10 a lovely man. Will be back soon!

   Food was very nice but service wasn’t great. Waiting staff never came near us unless we called them over and it was hard to get their attention when we wanted a drink/dessert menu etc.

   Mackenzie’s is one of those secret gems you’re happy to find. Food amazing! They make the best drinks! Plus, it’s just a place to get together with friends and talk forever! Sooo many cool booths and super comfortable chairs. Becoming a regular spot!!!

   Food was delicious, garlic flat bread with hummus followed by chicken Milanese and a lively red wine. Will definitely be back!

   Visited on a Monday night for a pre theatre dinner. Lots of variety to choose from and wine available by the glass, small or large carafe. We enjoyed a steak salad and chicken Caesar salad and will be very happy to return : )

   I had a terrible experience at this establishment yesterday. Extremely poor service as well as multiple passive aggressive interactions with the female staff member. No toast was served with our breakfast (that was supposed to be included), no milk for the tea provided and no water for the table was given, even though all other tables were provided with it, additionally the chips were cold and tasted like reheats. I asked for a simple request from the waitress and was told “perhaps I should have informed her of my preferences beforehand”. I felt extremely uncomfortable and decided to eat my food at home as it was extremely unpleasant environment to sit in. Even if the service was good I still would not recommend this restaurant as the food quality was extremely poor and overpriced for the standard.

    My 2nd visit here and both times the experience was excellent. Great food, a lovely ambiance and super friendly and efficient staff, for me that really is the icing on the cake.
