   Very friendly and pleasant staff! Food (we had „Crab, Squid & Shrimp Pasta“ + „Chicken Milanese“) was very tasty and in generous portions! Was our first visit here but definitely not the last!

   Our second time at Mackenzie’s and the food is good the staff are pleasant and a great place to eat before going to the Aviva

   Had a lovely meal prior to going to Bord Gais. All staff lovely especially Thomas our waiter. Will definitely go again.

   Overall ok but would have be nice to have our preferred requirement for table specially because the type of table we wanted wasn’t booked and empty all long we where there. Even when we asked they told us they will check but never get back to us and rush us in the back of the restaurant

   Staff and food absolutely amazing! Couldn't fault in any way. Unfortunately the ladies bathrooms really really need serious attention, blocked toilets and sinks and very poor working hand dryer. Such a pity to let the restaurant down.

Unfortunately our current bathroom systems cannot cope with the high volume of usage all at the same time during the pre-theatre rush as our water-flow system is connected to the large apartment building complex above us but this is being looked at centrally and we are hoping for a solution in the near future, apologies for the inconvenience caused.    Avoid this place. Go to Milanos next door instead! We ordered a pizza and chicken pasta for dinner. The pizza was undercooked and the pasta sauce was sweet. I asked for some Parmesan cheese to sprinkle over my pizza after it arrived. Was surprised/annoyed to see that charged as extra on the bill (the waiter didn't tell us it would be extra, and this is the first time I've been charged for Parmesan cheese). We got an ice cream bowl to share, and they forgot the chocolate ice cream scoop (the other two were vanilla and strawberry). The place is pricey enough but the food isn't great. And it was completely empty on a Friday night, that says it all. Won't go back again. Poor food and poor value for money.

    We had a great experience in mackenzies. Very accommodating, we got delayed for our booking by a half hour and they were very helpful in keeping our table on a busy night. Top class service, food and cocktails.
