Lovely staff, cocktails were fabulous, really chilled vibe, atmosphere and decor, great DJ, views are great too over London, would definitely advise to pre book as it is very popular.

Overall, my experience of this place was very poor. I booked Madison’s rooftop because of the really good reviews online. I was hoping to have some nice drinks with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday (which I put in the notes when I booked). Honestly, no one cared. The outside area was booked out by a company, so we weren’t allowed to sit outside. No one told me this in advance. The staff were inpatient and some were rude. We had one drink and left. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

It’s really cute, the view is wonderful, and the drinks are incredible. The appetisers are ok, but a little pricey for what you get.

I booked a table for pre dinner drinks and only intended to there for an hour so was a bit surprised to be charged £20 a head for entry! This meant the total bill for 4 cocktails and 4 beers was over £200!!! Otherwise it’s a great venue, good atmosphere, banging music and an amazing view!

Nice views, but the viewing platform every time I’ve been in the last year has been closed, and to be honest the staff are super rude and arrogant. Used to be much nicer.

Felt anti climatic. Came with my girlfriend thought I might make a special gesture but wasn’t aware the roof terrace was closed off and our table for 2 was in a spot facing a particular direction away from the crowd and felt short of atmosphere

Really disappointed with my experience, the service was terrible. My seat was given to another group I was placed with a rowdy group on a horseshoe chair. When trying to move the service I received was abysmal.

Amazing bar…. Great setting….. Views outstanding… Vibe “Ibiza” Only issue we had was the drinks service to the table it was quite slow and we had to call the servers over almost every time, we do drink fast but they should of recognised that and been a bit more attentive or offered the option of buying a drinks bundle! Other than that we had a great night highly recommended!

The actual rooftop bar wasn't that great, the service was quite slow and they took so long taking our orders and bringing them and then coming with the bill but we asked for a table at the restaurant inside the rooftop and that was much better! Great food, wine and service.
