   While the location is beautiful with great views and the food was good once it was served correctly, the service and noise level really ruined the experience. Overwhelmed and inattentive staff, surly attitude from the front of house / reception and a “DJ” who clearly had taken to heart “if you can’t be good, be loud” made it a poor value.

   Beautiful restaurant, fantastic service went for my daughters birthday and she received a complimentary glass of bubbles and a birthday cake lovely touch. Would highly recommend

   The staff and ambiance was lovely. Food was okayish, nothing special. It’s good if u r going for ambiance and taking pictures as the place looks lovely.. beautiful decor, view of sta Paul’s, energetic music, very polite and friendly staff but you need to work on ur food if u want people to come back!!

   Had a really good evening would definitely recommend, a little over price but it is in London so it’s forgivable .

   First class experience from start to finish. This was our first visit to Madison and we will be returning again soon. We were met on ground level, checked in and escorted to the lift. Upon arriving at the rooftop level, again friendly helpful staff escorted us to the front door. The restaurant was a little noisy but its Saturday night and it was full so to be expected. Are table for two was next to the window with exceptional views across London and St Pauls Cathedral felt like it was within touching distance. Our waiter was also 'first class' very knowledgeable about the menu, the drinks on offer and was very polite. He made a slight error on the order and immediately offered me a complimentary drink and a sincere apology (the error did not detract from the experience). The food was extremely tasty, well presented and freshly cooked. This is not the cheapest restaurant but the experience is worth every penny. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

   Overall a really good experience. The door staff downstairs are rude and need to learn how to speak to people. We called ahead twice to advise we would be slightly late, baring in mind our table text advised our table was ready ten minutes after the booking time. The door staff advised that our reservation had been given away, I advised we have spoken to somone (gave her name) and she said our table is secure besides 2 of our group are upstairs waiting. He continued to advise that table was gone, after further discussion we were let up stairs to our table. A total joke, this is a ‘door man’ not the owner of the venue. I think they need to made aware that they let the whole venue down… attitude/rudeness/zero customer service/zero manners. Reading other reviews this seems to be a regular occurrence. The staff inside were really lovely and very accommodating. Drinks were great. Our starters were nice but not amazing. Mains; the steaks were cooked perfectly which is great however mine and my husbands were barely warm, it wasn’t an issue though as how it was cooked was the main thing. We had a lovely evening.

    Great food in a lovely atmosphere, because our food was a bit cold they were very good to compensate by giving us free desserts and a few drinks.
