   Dined with my family on Saturday night. Service was very good, but some of the food left much to be desired. While the minestrone appetizer and salmon and fettuccine Alfredo main dishes were great, the branzino was burned to a crisp and the side of asparagus was very chewy. Will definitely not order those items again and will think twice about returning.

   We went for the first time for our Anniversary. Our server was nice and professional, helping us through the menu. We got the meal for 2. Appetizer we chose the wagyu meatballs. The temp was mid to cool but was delicious. My favorite part was the smooth ricotta cheese it came with. I also tried the Caesar salad. I didn’t care for it as much as I thought. For entree’s, we both got the fettuccine chicken alfredo. It was hot and delicious. Especially loved the chicken. We took most of it home because it was a big portion. Dessert. Oh my goodness. My hubby and I couldn’t decide on one, he chose the chocolate layered cake and I had the warm apple crostata with vanilla ice cream. The server brought them out to us with candles lit on the cake which was very sweet and wished us a happy anniversary. They were both very good and that apple crostata, I will have dreams about. Overall, it was a good place for a 20th anniversary dinner, more of an upscale dining experience, which we enjoyed. It felt comfortable to us. The hostess and server both greeted us with anniversary wishes which felt special. We asked for a table more private, which it mostly was, but being our anniversary, I noticed all the tables had flamed candles, except ours. That would have been the final touch for me.

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at Maggiano's, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with elegant decor that struck the perfect balance between classy and comfortable. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring that every detail of our meal was taken care of with professionalism and a genuine smile. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with incredible flavors. The ingredients were fresh, the portions were large, and the chef’s attention to detail was evident in every bite. From the appetizers to the desserts, it was clear that a lot of thought and craftsmanship went into each plate. However, while the food was undeniably delicious, the pricing was on the higher end. While I understand that quality comes at a cost, some dishes felt a bit steep compared to similar restaurants. That said, if you’re looking for an exceptional dining experience and don’t mind splurging a little, Maggiano's is well worth the visit. Would I return? Absolutely—If you’re looking for top-notch service, expertly prepared dishes, and a refined ambiance, this is a place that delivers on all fronts.

   Our server, Carlos, truly made our experience wonderful. Days prior we went to Seasons 52 which had fantastic food, but the server was not engaged, made us feel rushed, and didn’t offer dessert or post-meal beverages. Carlos hit every mark from being kind, patient, offering suggestions, and allowing us the time to truly enjoy our celebration. Thank you to Carlos and the chef for being nothing short of phenomenal.

   The hostess LIA was racist and disrespectful. The restaurant was almost empty. It was 9:00 pm and she told us that the wait list was 45 to 1 hour if we wanted a table and that if we didn't have a reservation, she wouldn't have time to assign us a table because they were going to close. Which wasn't true, there was no wait list, reservations at open tables were practically every 15 minutes, so I proceeded to make the reservation for the next 15 minutes and she had no choice but to assign us a table and sit us down. The restaurant was so empty that a local family of 4 people assigned themselves a table and just said to the waiter, "I'm sitting down so you can lend me the menu and we can order." I don't understand how a person of color, who has experienced racism for decades, can behave in the same way by being racist towards Hispanics. Horrible. Shame because it's my favorite restaurant and it was my birthday. The opposite was true for Conor the waiter, who was kind and helpful even though he was tired from the end of the day. Managers need to monitor these racial behaviors because they lose customers and sales.

    Excellent service and food! Made a reservation and was seated within 5 min. Properly managed restaurant for a change! Would go back again!
