Mägo is a family owned and operated fine dining restaurant from Chef Mark Liberman. We offer an exciting tasting menu cooked over wood fire, offering our take on Contemporary Colombian fare, anchored in an understanding of using Northern California ingredients, simple flavors in bold combinations.

Our tasting menu focuses on ingredients that are at their most peak in deliciousness .This usually means produce that is in season, which in turn means they are their most flavorful, which is one of the reasons why we change our menu daily. In order to ensure the proper planning of your evening, please allow for 2.5 hours.

We also offer an a la carte dining experience at our bar that is available for walk in guests.

The restaurant’s informal atmosphere features an open kitchen surrounded by intimate tables, outdoor heated garden patio and chefs counter seating. From the warm greeting you receive upon entering until your final goodbye, we invite you to feel at home.

There is exceptional culinary talent at work in Mägo. The tasting menu and the beverage pairing is excellent and the price point for both makes them a terrific value . Platonic dishes include the Sonoma Chicken and the rockfish . The fish is delectable, the only minor quibble is the Chili sauce , which could have been a bit more spice forward , which I believe would make the fish which is exceptionally good even better . The alcoholic beverage paring is innovative with a few under the radar but terrific none the less selections

My husband and I had a terrific time at Mago celebrating a special occasion. The food was interesting and delicious, but the beverage pairings really stood out to us. We selected one alcoholic pairing and one non-alcoholic; the latter really stood out to me. It can be challenging to find interesting and unique NA beverages and Mago whipped up 5-6 of them. The sommelier who delivered each beverage did such a wonderful job explaining each beverage in great detail and we had fun chatting with him. Overall our experience at Mago felt really special, which is exactly what we were hoping for.

We loved it! Casual with a good energy and friendly vibe. Unusual tasting menu that was expertly prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious! Extremely helpful and friendly staff, without exception.

The tasting menu was phenomenal! Loved the unusual combination of flavors . The pork loin was one of the best I’ve ever tasted.- juicy and succulent on the inside with a delicious crusty bark. Highly recommend a visit.

The best meal we have had in years! The tasting menu was one delicious item after another. The service was excellent from the server, the sommelier, the porters, to the chefs. Every bite was a surprise matching flavor profiles I would not have thought worked but were sheer perfection. The sommelier recommended an excellent Chilean wine that matched well with every course. I cannot think of anything that could have made our dining experience better. I look forward to many more visits to Mago!

Spectacular delicious food, a bit more French than Colombian per se. Tasting menu was amazing. Great wines, roomy seats, great ambience. Very much an experience so be prepared - not a rush meal.
