   La nourriture est vraiment très ordinaire voir plate. Rien d’extraordinaire appart la tartelette au kiwi. Je n’y retournerai pas. C’est dommage car l’endroit est vraiment jolie et le service est impeccable mais vraiment je cuisine vraiment mieux à la maison.

   Such an amazing dining experience in Montreal! So worth it, and less expensive than other tasting menus in the city. Can’t recommend enough for a lux dining experience

   Went here for a solo brunch. Have been with other Chef Boulud restaurants and Maison Boulud did not disappoint! The restaurant was very spacious and tables had some distance between to have some privacy. I had the 3-course brunch with a non-alcoholic drink (Jardin de Julliete). Started with bread and butter and the beef tartare. The quality of the beef was very good and the flavour. The chips were a bit soggy but I think it was intentional. For the main, I had the egg parfait. The best part of the dish was the roasted mushrooms and the cheese foam. I could have only that as the dish and be satisfied. It also came with croutons which were too hard to eat and didn’t blend in with the dish. The dessert was my fave - kiwi and licorice tartlet. Omg, it’s nothing I’ve tried before. The licorice flavour was very subtle but suited the dish. Service was a bit too slow and it wasn’t that busy. It took me 15 minutes from getting the bill to getting the waitress’ attention for the machine. I think she was a bit flustered because of a previous guest so I didn’t want to “complain” but it was very slow. Would definitely come here again!

   The service staff was outstanding. The welcome, the hospitality, the attention, the explanation of every dish, and the warm attitude of all staff was really wonderful. The food also was excellent in presentation and in combination of flavors. The escargot and the Madeleine dessert or my favorites. The lamb was good, but in my opinion, it was cooked too much, I would have liked it to be more red, and I did not really enjoy the coffee flavored juice of lamb. The wine pairing recommendation was very good. The ambience of the room inside was nice, but I think the room with the glass, would have been nicer. But there were no more available tables. If you have the chance, book early and try to get a table in the glass room Overall, this was among the best service I have ever received, even close to a Michelin star restaurant
