Food is tasty and have contrasts in flavors and textures. Staff is very helpful without being annoying, and the decoration is nicely framing thw experience. A bit expensive , but I would repeat.

Amazon food, the team was also amazing. We had the devastation menu and was a lovely experience. I just think that the light inside the restaurant in the main room should be a little bit more intimist. It was so bright that we needed to move to another table.

Service was wonderful. Eddie described the dishes very well (ingredients, etc.). Ernesto also provided great service. We recommend trying this unique eating experience.

The vegan tasting menu was a truly magical experience, consisting of 7 courses of vegan creations that pleasantly surprised and satiated this self-proclaimed carnivore. Anyone who is vegan, vegetarian, or gastronomically adventurous should indulge themselves with this gourmet, five-star experience. Maito, as you know, is one of the top 10 best restaurants in Latin America, and their ability to make vegetables proudly shine, without having to be side-dishes to slabs of meat, is an art in itself. The menu was thoughtfully created and expertly executed, and the service was friendly and knowledgeable.
