As a Mexican this is the first restaurant in Nashville that I can actually say that taste like home and very impressed with the flavor of the tortillas and the sauce

I enjoyed the tortillas with my brunch. Salsas were good and spicy. Margarita was not overly sweet. Will go back.

Food is amazing. Fresh and so authentic. Staff is wonderful. We sat at the counter table overlooking the kitchen and it was so fun to watch them cook. Will go back again next time we are in town!

Everything is top notch. The food is absolutely fantastic and the dishes are prepared with care and thought. First aesthetically pleasing and then pleasing to the palate. The service is first class. You get the feeling that everyone believes in what they are doing. This was an incredible experience.

Maiz DLV in Nashville is an absolute gem! The quesabirria tacos are Michelin star worthy—perfectly crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. The mole enchiladas were equally fantastic, with a rich, complex sauce that hits all the right notes. And let’s talk about those homemade tortillas—hands down the best in the world! The service was stellar, with a warm and welcoming staff who made the experience even better. Plus, the prices are surprisingly low for the quality they deliver. This spot is a must-visit for anyone craving top-tier Mexican cuisine!

Overall very enjoyable - nice informal atmosphere, unique menu, great margaritas. Recently opened so still working out typical new restaurant kinks - but very promising.

Food was outrageous as expected! Service was amazing. The place was just a bit loud.The space and the vibe was great. The one thing that was lacking is the entrance to the space. The hostess was nice but the food deserves more attention to prepare the patrons for the experience. Julio is a future Michelin star recipient. I look forward to this time and will continue to dine here and at the truck until it happens.
