   My expectations we’re very high so that’s probably why I was so disappointed with the food. The cloud donuts were nice but the steak frites came out very rare and I couldn’t finish them but my friend didin't mind so it worked out. They were also extremely salty. I’m not sure what the standards are at Major Tom for food service time but the food took a very very long time. Our server was nice and accommodating and we just loved the atmosphere!

   It’s an overrated restaurant. I went to celebrate my Birthday, requested a table 3 months before, when i made the reservation and when i got there at 5:15 they said there was no tables available close to a window for us. Food was ok, nothing extremely good, and expensive. I wouldn’t go there again. Disappointed.

   Not a huge menu, but everything is well executed. There are a couple of items we always order. They can't be missed, and are a big reason for going to Major Tom. The views are only matched by Sky 360 except that the food at Major Tom is a class or two above. Service from all of the staff is excellent.

   Showed up for reservation requested a window seat, when I arrived they told me they were just clearing a window table and it would be a 5 min wait, finally after 15 mins they escort me to my table which was in the middle of the restaurant no where near a window. Then the hostess said soon as a table was open they’d move me after ordering some drinks and waiting three tables became open and I wasn’t relocated. They proceeded to seat new guests there instead. Definitely not the greatest experience or professionalism of the staff

   3rd time here and I would always recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a nice view, great food, and awesome service. Cheese toast and steak tartare are a must appetizer when visiting and have never failed to live up to the hype. I ordered the butcher's cut which was only a 14oz prime rib and cooked to medium rare. However, it was mad rare. Nearly blue tbh. The steaks (including the Japanese Wagyu) I've had in the past were cooked perfectly but I think the kitchen was slammed bc it was valentine's day so I think that's the reason why it wasn't cooked to the way I liked it to be.

   Went out on a Valentine’s date with my boyfriend. We’ve been a few times already with our friends but this was the first time we went just us. Food was great, staff were super friendly and welcoming, the food was good, and the view was great. The vibes were immaculate
