Major Tom is elevated yet approachable, excellent and at ease, confident and gracious. The food, the room, and the service capture the sophistication and glamour of mid-century New York penthouse life, and you feel instantly at home. We maintain the high standards our guests have come to expect, and we do this while being down-to-earth, lively, playful, quirky, fun, and full of personality.

    Great experience. Ryan is the best, he helped make the experience so special. Restaurant has amazing steak (prime rib) and would highly recommend ordering the mushrooms and the sweet potato salad. One of my favourite restaurants!

    Our server Tash was incredible and our food was equally as great. Will definitely be back.

    My expectations we’re very high so that’s probably why I was so disappointed with the food. The cloud donuts were nice but the steak frites came out very rare and I couldn’t finish them but my friend didin't mind so it worked out. They were also extremely salty. I’m not sure what the standards are at Major Tom for food service time but the food took a very very long time. Our server was nice and accommodating and we just loved the atmosphere!

    A fantastic experience really. Couldn't see the view as well other tables, but quite spectacular walking around. I would request a table with a view. Service was great - but could be slightly more attentive. I'm being extremely picky though (should be for the prices). Food was incredible in my opinion, especially the filet, fries, ceasar salad, and wings. Cheese toast pretty darn good. Potatoes donuts just good. Hostess and coat check lady were quite snooty / pretentious - didn't need that. (Yes, the place is very cool, but I don't need to feel bad about it.) Noise level fine. Chairs slightly too deep and all should have pillows for support. Prices are high but wasn't shocked by it. They had $5 draft and half priced bottles of wine for their "happy hour" (Golden Hour) - which was amazing, but food was the same price as in the dinner menu. All in all, I highly recommended Major Tom and have already made resos for my birthday 2 months from now :)

    It’s an overrated restaurant. I went to celebrate my Birthday, requested a table 3 months before, when i made the reservation and when i got there at 5:15 they said there was no tables available close to a window for us. Food was ok, nothing extremely good, and expensive. I wouldn’t go there again. Disappointed.

    Not a huge menu, but everything is well executed. There are a couple of items we always order. They can't be missed, and are a big reason for going to Major Tom. The views are only matched by Sky 360 except that the food at Major Tom is a class or two above. Service from all of the staff is excellent.

    Showed up for reservation requested a window seat, when I arrived they told me they were just clearing a window table and it would be a 5 min wait, finally after 15 mins they escort me to my table which was in the middle of the restaurant no where near a window. Then the hostess said soon as a table was open they’d move me after ordering some drinks and waiting three tables became open and I wasn’t relocated. They proceeded to seat new guests there instead. Definitely not the greatest experience or professionalism of the staff
