The food was great. Service was okay, you could definitely tell that our waiter didn’t want to be there, the restaurant was also quite cold.

Having to wait over 40 minutes to get two orders of food is unacceptable. This booking was for a client & I am utterly embarrassed at the level of service received. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING - EVER!! VERY RUDE STAFF

Took 30 minutes to get orders filled. Food was not up to par. Breaded chicken was all breading. Vegetable tempura was over cooked and small pieces. Shrimp was over cooked. Staff was unfriendly and seemed confused when bringing food out.

Awesome as always, but additionally so as our reservation had not been recognized at another local restaurant and they were ready the minute we walked in - already had a reserved sign on table - even though it was only 15 mins!

Always enjoy going to Makimono. From time to time their miso soup can be touch and go. This time it wasn’t very hot but the rest of the food was so amazing it thoroughly made up for it.
