Chef Gabriel Pascuzzi's flag ship restaurant featuring a one of a kind wood fire grill. Guests watch as the cooks tame the fires and cook everything over live coals; imparting amazing flavor experiences. Perfect for parties of all sizes, family friendly, and great for dinners with dietary restrictions! Originally opened as a chicken and vegetable counter service model pre pandemic, Chef pivoted to a more formal sit down experience to truly capture the amazing flavors coming from the grill and matching the ambiance. Featured as Portland's 50best from Portland Monthly for 3 years straight until 2024, looking to be re-reviewed and once again taking its place on the list!

Excellent service from front door to dessert. Highly recommended. Papa Beef pop up. Incredible beet salad and deliciously seasoned filet were the highlights from an all-around great meal

Really good food and service. Only complaint was the chill in the room, the door to the patio was constantly opening for servers to service the patio on a very cold Thanksgiving Day.
