   I would give (Negative 5 rating if I can) - 5 for this Restaurant. I have 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM reservations for Christmas brunch. When we arrived (around 10:14AM) the greeter name Ella (she’s straight up racist) told us that the kitchen is closed, didn’t acknowledge or check my reservation whatsoever. She let us have a seat but indicated that we can have coffee and wait until 11:30AM for lunch time. We got our coffee and orange juice but no one give us menu. 11:10 AM few people walked in, got seated next to our table got menu and their brunches. Meanwhile, we are still waiting and finally approached her to get a menu. Gave us menu but not impressed on how she lied to us, after witnessing those people got their brunch but not us. How offensive and racist the staff in this restaurant can be!? I will never recommend and ever go back! The worst experienced and for the price of their food it’s not worth it to come here! If you are Asian and doesn’t speak French! Do not come here! You will get treated like crap!

   Service assez froid de la part de notre serveuse. Elle était portée à nous parler en anglais au lieu de français, elle se reprenait et était peu souriante. La vinaigrette servie avec la salade et les calmar grillés était vraiment trop épicés . La serveuse nous a fait part que ce n’était pas la première fois qu’elle avait ce commentaire. Elle était pour en informer le chef. Il y a eu plus d’une trentaine de minutes entre notre entrée et notre plat principal. Il semble y avoir eu un oublie !!!!! Rien ne nous a été offert pour compenser.

   Nous avons passé un excellent réveillon de Noël chez Mama-C. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et festive et nous avons énormément apprécié le fait que la musique n’était pas envahissante permettant aisément la conversation. La nourriture d’une fraîcheur irréprochable était succulente et le service des différents mezze a été fait à un rythme parfait pour nous. Malgré un restaurant complètement bondé, notre serveur était très attentionné. Nous y retournerons assurément!

   Super slow service. I mean painfully so from the moment we sat down to the 30min wait for the bill. Food was good but when the salad was the best thing we ordered, the overall meal was below expectation. We ordered the $200 seafood tower and the crab was “warm” and very rubbery. Otherwise it was cold lobster, shrimp and some oysters. Then it took forever to get the bill after we were sitting there with no food, no drink for 30min my wife left to go walk around out front while I tried to flag down the one person who would look at me. Very disappointing.

   Great service, great food, it was Xmas'Eve, not to much noise, in one word everything was perfect, service, the people were nice, polite and did everything to please us.

   The entire staff was kind and professional. We ordered the clam pasta, filet mignon and the grilled octopus. The food had a beautiful presentation well and it was delicious.

   We ordered Tyropita and octopus for entrée, both were fabulous. For main we ordered slow-cooked bone-in lamb shoulder, it was out of this world. Finally, for desert, we shared Tarte a l’orange and Tarte au Chocolat… incredibly good. The ambiance and atmosphere were amazing and we got excellent service. This is a place I will come back next time we’re visiting Montreal.
