   I made a reservation for an anniversary dinner with my partner, when we arrived at the restaurant we were told to sit anywhere. I was hopeful for something as I added a note it was an anniversary dinner. We ordered our drinks and they took quite a while considering we were the only ones in the restaurant. We got the guacamole, that says made table-side, but it wasn’t. For dinner I ordered the lobster tacos, they were overcooked and rubbery. The server came by and started clearing our plates, I said we weren’t done and he took them anyways. When the bill came, there was a connection error on the machine so we went closer to the bar to pay and the server said it must be the card when the machine kept saying “connection error”. It came across rude. Overall not a good experience, I would recommend finding another restaurant to go to.

   We were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our table. Everything about the dinner was amazing. Great food, great experience I would highly recommend. Amazing birthday experience for my girlfriend ! Thanks.

   1) They messed up our food orders so half the table didn’t get their food and by the other time they did the other half was already finished with their food 2) The cocktails are pretty but very watered down, we ordered three different cocktails and all three tasted like nothing 3) Everything was overcooked. The steak tacos and the shrimp tacos especially. Super dry. 4) Dinner took 3 whole hours, service was extremely slow. No check-ins. Very disappointed in this experience.

   Spent $300 for the NYE package and had to get up several times to grab staff for help. Waited extremely long for food- I saw them make our order and leave it on the counter for 15 mins. When our order came it wasn’t made with our requests. Never again.

   We could not have been more disappointed with the service. It took us 45 minutes just to get menus. Ordered white wine and they had none chilled. No menu for youngsters, music so loud you couldn’t hear conversation and the food was just so so.

   From the moment we walked in we ordered drinks and a bottle of champagne, that took an hour, then we had to flag a waiter down to order appetizers who then took our menus away before we ordered our mains. There were 5 tables in the entire place. There were plenty of staff just very disorganized. I don’t know what was going on but will not go back.

   I personally think every restaurant should have the option of house water. They did not, and each bottle of Evian was $10. I never mind paying for quality service and great food, but I hate feeling like I’m being nickel and dimed for everything. So we covered that i had to pay for water, which was fine, i will, but at least bring me the water when i ask for it. Twice the water would ask if we needed anything, and i said yes, water please…but then they wouldn’t bring it. We were served our main course and no one had water nor did they bring me a bottle when i asked 3 times. Then they put the 3rd bottle on the bill but i never got it. I rarely leave bad reviews, but not having enough water through dinner really upsets me.

    The service was awful. Waited for service , water and drinks. When our order was finally taken, the food came out right away, but we still didn’t have drinks. Wait for him to come back to our table. After clearing everything off. No water was offered. Took 45 minutes before we got our Bill. Won’t be going back.
