Came for our 45th anniversary dinner and it was a lovely dinner. Food was very good. Had crab cakes and the special bread for appetizer. Beef tenderloin for supper. All was great. The waitress was lovely. Enjoyed our champagne. Thank you.

Our server was amazing, I can’t remember her name but she had colourful hair? Food was great, steak cooked perfect. Very unique beautiful restaurant. Only higher end meal we did around Banff that seemed to have normal portions, not $50-$100 per person for children portions. After a full day of hiking and adventuring we appreciated that😂 Would definitely go back.

The Maple Leaf is my go-to for date-night or anytime I have family visiting. It's classic Banff but is unpretentious - my husband loves not having to dress up. The staff are always welcoming and there's something for everyone on the menu. I started with the spicy lychee margarita which was perfectly balanced. I usually have the Cowboy Ribeye (it's amazing), but this time I tried the bison short-rib and I was not disappointed. The meat was super tender and the flavours of the apple sauce & carrot chips worked really well together. My partner had the Oscar Tenderloin which was also very good. Didn't have room for dessert, but I'll be back for the sticky-toffee pudding. Highly recommend!
