Only 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes, all natural fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, fresh herbs and fresh, all natural, non-processed ingredients are acceptable. Appreciate their commitment to quality ingredients and fresh pizzas! Love that they are coal fired too, so unique. Tons of great menu options and super fantastic gluten free crust that they spend a lot of time on!

The pizza was not as good as it normally is. Very soggy and wet and came out kind of cold. The prosciutto was extremely salty, and the arugula was not washed. Overall worst experience I’ve had at this location.

Ambience was a bit antiseptic. We were expecting something a little warmer and inviting. We were seated immediately. We ordered salads and pizza. The salads were fresh and perfectly dressed. Pizza was very good but the crust was not as crisp as the ones we’ve have during previous visits. Service was excellent.
