As on previous visits Mare was great.. We started with fresh oysters. We had the waiter pick for us and he did an excellent job. My wife the pasta with mushrooms which she loved. I had the sword fish which was cooked perfectly, nice and moist. We shared an affogato for dessert, one of our favorites. Our server was pleasant, helpful and efficient. The evening was perfect.

I went to dine last night and it was more than I expected!! Staff so friendly and attentive, nice atmosphere and food. Definitely highly recommended. Best north end oysters and pasta!!

The best spot to have seafood at the North End. Service was excellent, everyone very attentive , the atmosphere was great and the food was delicious , especially the stuffed lobster, highly recommended.
