Food was typical buffet food, nothing impressive. Service was terrible. We were there eating for 15 minutes before someone got us drinks. We mainly went to see Santa and take a picture with Santa. Santa was AMAZING!! Santa was super friendly, wonderful with kids, and made the breakfast worth going to.

We went to breakfast with Santa and it was great! The food was good. The restaurant was very clean. The staff was friendly. The table location could have been better. We booked a reservation and were told it was our table and could not change it but there were many tables that were left open the whole time we were there but overall we were very satisfied. Santa looked great too and it was a very short wait to get a picture with him. We are all adults, this is not just a children's breakfast with Santa plenty of older groups wanted to see him and went too!

Emily was a great server. She was patient with our 5 kids and attended to our needs.

Restaurant is great. No complaints at all. The only problem was that they don’t accept reservations. I showed them the reservation that I made on the open table app and they once again said no reservations. Luckily even though it’s Mother’s Day and we were a party of 8 people they were able to seat us immediately. Our food was great and service was excellent.

Oh, where to start! Our server was among the worst we have ever had. She was pleasant but forgot everything one could forget. We had to ask 3 times for juice. We had to scavenge our own syrup and condiments from other tables. We asked for a box and the second time we asked (because obviously the first time she forgot) she immediately went to retrieve a box only to hand it to the table next to us whose plates had already been cleared. Huh? The food was bland but edible. We had eggs benedict, pancakes and a traditional American breakfast. Nothing to write home about. On our way out I wanted to be sure that my reservation had been marked complete and the server looked at me and said “We don’t take reservations.” Um, so then how did I have one? Sheesh! I’m glad I have no reason to ever return.

Our waiter got tied up so we didn't see him much and we had to fond someone to bring us our ticket and a to go box. Our waiter came to us after we paid and where leaving and explain wat happen.

This is a down time for the restaurant so it wasn’t very busy, but our waitress took plenty of time to explain any questions, makes suggestions and was all around great. Even the manager came around and checked in on us and was very pleasant.

We sat at a high top near the bar. You usually get the bartender as a server and they are always fun.

Took my wife for her birthday. Extremely disappointed. Food was mediocre at best. Service was terrible. Half the games in the arcade weren’t working. Best part of the whole night was the live music. Won’t be going back that’s for sure.

People were nice but buffet items and choices were pretty weak. I would recommend ordering off the menu.
